1. Eligibility and Account

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.

2. Description of Services

The Services provide AI-assisted text, voice, and video interactions and related productivity features (for example, generated summaries and files). Features may change, be improved, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. AI and Professional Disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. Outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying outputs before relying on them.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

• violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• harass, threaten, defame, exploit, or harm others;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Services;
• upload or transmit malicious code, fraud, or deceptive content;
• circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.

5. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). You grant AIBOXZ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Taxes

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Fees are charged through authorized payment providers (for example, Stripe). You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and similar charges unless required otherwise by law.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, posed a security risk, or created legal exposure. You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion subject to legal retention obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

AIBOXZ and related software, models, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DESTINY AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction specified in your order form or account terms. Disputes will be resolved through the agreed forum, subject to mandatory consumer protections under local law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated effective date and, where required, by additional notice. Continued use after changes become effective means acceptance of the revised Terms.
